We strategized with clients to evaluate their intellectual property (IP) portfolio and made recommendations to strengthen their IP through additional patent, trademark, and copyright filings as well as implementing and strengthening company policies and procedures related to IP.
Protecting
We prepared and filed U.S. and International patent applications directed to electrical, mechanical, software, and computer-related technologies.
We prepared and filed U.S. and International trademark applications to protect our clients’ house trademarks, logos, and slogans.
We prepared and filed U.S. copyright applications to protect our clients’ original works of expression, including books, presentations, and music.
We counseled clients in protecting their trade secrets, and helped design company procedures to maintain confidentiality in their trade secrets.
Enforcing
We have enforced patents, trademarks, and copyrights against infringers with the goal of stopping the infringers’ activities as soon as possible.
We have prepared and sent cease and desist letters to force infringers to cease infringing activities.
We have prepared numerous licensing agreements for clients to realize monetary value in their intellectual property (IP) assets.
